Is there a money-back guarantee?

Is there a low price guarantee?
Yes! If a company is offering to post more authentic social posts to your social media channels than your Coposts service plan, we’ll credit you the difference between our monthly service plan fees and our competitors monthly fees for the first 30 days of your plan. How can I pay?
Our Brand Only Plan and Full Service Plan require payment by credit card. All plans are for 3 month terms but bill monthly. All plans auto-renew.
Can I pay by invoice?
Coposts is a green billing company. However, we understand that large multi-unit owners, enterprise companies and franchisors may need some flexibility. Please contact us to learn more here.
What is set-up & expert onboarding?
Set-up includes creating accounts for all users, connecting your social media profiles to our social media software and client dashboard, connecting with your Franchisor to become business partners with your social media profiles, and training your team on use of the social dashboard.
Expert onboarding ensures your team gets the time and personal attention needed to maximize the succes of our Coposts service. We train your team on content creation, post-draft submissions, our social ideas calendar, creating the perfect post-draft, software dashboard, and more.
Will there be training?
Yes! We start with an expert onboarding session to provide your team a complete overview of our service. For immediate assistance you can use our Live Chat to speak to a client success team member.
Do you offer support?
Yes! We are obsessed with providing you a great experience with both our digital platform and customer service before and after you become our client. You will find active support via Email and Live Chat. Our support is available during traditional business hours across the United States.
Can I cancel anytime?
