Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes! If you change your mind within 14 days of signing up, we will refund you the service plan fee. Please review complete details of our Money-Back Guarantee here.

Is there a low price guarantee?

Yes! If a company is offering to post more authentic social posts to your social media channels than your Coposts service plan, we’ll credit you the difference between our monthly service plan fees and our competitors monthly fees for the first 30 days of your plan. How can I pay?

Our Starter Plan and Grow Plan require payment by credit card. Our Pro Plan and Premium Plans can be paid by credit card or ACH digital invoice. It’s easy, just fill in a few fields on the digital invoice and you’re done.

Can I pay by invoice?

Coposts is a green billing company. However, we understand that large multi-unit owners, enterprise companies and franchisors may need some flexibility. Please contact us to learn more here.

What is expert onboarding?

Expert onboarding ensures you get the time and personal attention with our Success Team specialists needed to succeed with Coposts. Regardless of size, we help you connect your social media accounts to your dashboard, train you & your team on how to create post drafts, walk through the client dashboard and demo the mobile app .

Will there be training?

Yes! We start with an expert onboarding session to provide your team a complete overview of our service. We also have an extensive Help Center where you can find quick answers to most questions. Do you offer support?

Yes! We are obsessed with providing you a great experience with both our digital platform and customer service before and after you become our client. Can I cancel anytime?
